All packages are approximately 20% steaks, 20% roasts and 60% hamburger, stew meat, short ribs etc.

Almost all beef today, even if it is labeled "Natural" or "Organic" is grainfed beef. While beef is one of natures best sources or protein, zinc and iron, only grass-fed beef is high in the nutrients beta-cerotene, vitamin E, essential Omega 3 fatty acids, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), and another fatty acid - Trans Vaccenic Acid (TVA)
